30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any NEW AND UNUSED things if you’re not happy for any reason. ITEMS USED ARE NOT RETURNABLE. To begin with, please get in touch with us and let us know what you’re returning and why. The original invoice that was shipped with your shipment needs to be included. Please be sure to return the item in its original shipping container and obtain full value insurance in case it is damaged during the return process for your own protection. Once we have received and had a chance to review your returned items, refunds will be issued.

Shipping costs paid in the beginning are not refundable. We will deduct its actual shipping costs from the amount reimbursed if the order was shipped in accordance with our FREE SHIPPING OVER $50.00 policy. In the event that you return your item, it becomes non-refundable and the initial shipping costs will be deducted. Customers are responsible for paying the shipping and insurance costs associated with returning the item or items.

AFFIRM FINANCING REFUND POLICY

15% restocking fee applies to all returns made within our 30-day return policy that were funded by Affirm.

DAMAGED GOODS

Please take note of any damage to the package upon arrival and contact us right once. Get the damage reported if the driver is still there. Shipping claims will be expedited as a result. Never throw away goods or packaging. Before honoring a claim, the carrier might want to examine the shipment.

Make a note of any damage on all delivery receipts before signing if the goods appears undamaged but the packaging is damaged. If there is any damage to the item due to the shipping, please decline delivery and contact us at +1 (209) 878-6785.

After delivery, keep the shipment carton and any packing materials, and tell us and the shipping company right once if you discover any damage to the item.

SHIPPING DELAYS

We cannot be responsible for any delays caused by the shipping companies, weather, etc.

CUSTOMIZATIONS

Custom orders are final and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or returned. This includes shafts on which the tips were replaced before shipment.
